Welcome to Desert Safari Dubai. By booking any tour or service through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Pricing & Packages
All prices are quoted per person, unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude visa fees, travel insurance, tips, personal expenses, meals, and accommodation unless clearly mentioned. Rates may change without prior notice due to operational or seasonal factors.
2. Payments
We accept secure online payments via Visa and MasterCard using UAE-compliant payment gateways. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Booking Confirmation
Once payment is successful, a booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email. This confirmation must be presented to avail the booked service.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Each tour has its own cancellation policy mentioned on the tour page.
- No refunds for no-shows or unused services
- Combo package pricing becomes invalid if one service is canceled
- Visa and administrative fees are non-refundable
5. Tour Changes
Tour schedules or routes may change due to weather, safety, or government regulations. Suitable alternatives will be offered where possible. No refunds for minor changes or force majeure events.
6. Travel Insurance & Documents
Guests are advised to arrange travel insurance. Valid passports, IDs, and visas are the responsibility of the traveler. No refunds for missed tours due to missing documents.
7. Website Use
All content on desertsafaridubai.org is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.
8. Legal Compliance
Desert Safari Dubai does not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE regulations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes fall under UAE court jurisdiction.
