We accept cash, card, bank transfer and secure payment links. Full or partial advance payment may be required to secure your tour slot.
48+ hours: full refund or free reschedule. 24–48 hours: 50% refund or reschedule. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
Pickup time may vary due to traffic, hotel location, shared or private transfer schedule and guest delay. Guests must be ready on time.
Guests must follow guide instructions, wear safety gear and avoid reckless driving, drifting or zig-zag driving. Pregnant guests and guests with back or neck issues should avoid dune bashing.
Self-drive activities are at the guest’s own responsibility. Damage charges may apply. Rides are guided convoy only and minimum driver age rules apply.
Tours may change due to weather, government rules, traffic, camp availability or safety concerns. Operational cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded.
