It will help digitize the business license application process, using AI to resolve the most common pain points in the process and providing instant digital access to on-demand experts.
Dubai DET is the primary authority for planning, supervising, developing and marketing Dubai’s business and tourism sectors. It is also responsible for licensing and classifying all types of businesses, including hotels, tour operators and travel agents. DET’s portfolio includes Dubai Economic Development Corporation (DEDC), Dubai Business Licensing Corporation (DBLC), Dubai Corporation for Consumer Protection and Fair Trade (DCCPFT), Dubai SMEs, Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commercial Commerce (DCTCM), Dubai festivals and retail. An intelligent chatbot, powered by an advanced knowledge management system, will deliver self-service tools designed to automate the most common service requests for internal and external users.
