Dubai: Filipino expats in the United Arab Emirates planning their summer vacation next year should book their tickets now.

Budget airline Cebu Pacific announced its super seat sale offering one-way tickets from Dubai for just ADH 1.

The airline announced on Wednesday that as part of the 11.11 (Singles’ Day) sale, Cebu Pacific tickets would be available at a one-way base fare of Dh1.

The travel period for booked tickets is from April 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024. However, the airline requires travelers to book their tickets from November 8 to 14.

The promotional fares are limited and non-refundable, but can be rebooked, the airline added. Fare difference and rebooking charges may apply should passengers choose to rebook their airline tickets.

The fare excludes taxes, country-specific fees, administrative fees and surcharges, the airline explained.

Cebu Pacific flies up to twice a day on its Dubai-Manila route.

Last month, the airline announced that international capacity has expanded by 63 percent, adding that it remains on a post-pandemic growth trajectory. The budget airline will end the year with 700,000 more seats on its international flights with a fleet expansion and new routes.

To support overseas growth, Cebu Pacific added 12 aircraft to its fleet this year. The airline is scheduled to take delivery of seven more before the end of the year, as it prepares for an expected resurgence in air travel from 2024.
